[Windows]How to root and install Kodi/XBMC on Firetv

What do you need first ?

• ADB drivers (Mac - Windows)
• Latest Kodi APK (ARM version)
• ADB Setup 1.3 (Download)
• Make sure your Fire Tv connect to internet and has power.

Obtain IP Address on FireTV

• Turn on fire tv and go to Setting - System - About - Network - Get Ip Address ( please write down or remember this )

Set up on Windows :

• 1. On your computer, download and run the ADB Setup

• 2.Type ‘Y’ and Enter to install ADB and Fastboot.

• 3.Type ‘Y’ for the ADB system-wide installation and again for the device drivers installation.

• You will prompted to install the drivers. Confirm and install the ADB drivers.

Now, install Kodi by CMD

• Run - CMD mean Command Prompt ( run as administrator)
• Type :  adb connect ipaddress . Enter. ‘Connected to IPADDRESS:5555′ will appear upon successful connection.

• Type : adb install C:\filepath\filepath\filename.apk. Enter

• When successful installation

Now You can access on Fire Tv

• Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications
